At Medals & More, we take pride in delivering quality products that meet our standards and your expectations. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence. We will gladly replace the affected items at no additional cost.
To qualify:

Item must be unused and in its original packaging

Report must be submitted within the 48-hour window
We reserve the right to decline any replacement request that does not meet these conditions.
Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by the courier or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. We recommend double-checking your address before placing an order.
⚠️ Custom Orders (Coming Soon)
When custom products become available, those items will be made to order and will not be eligible for returns or exchanges under any circumstances unless the product is defective or printed incorrectly based on the approved design.
