At Medals & More, we take pride in delivering quality products that meet our standards and your expectations. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.
Refunds Policy
At Medals & More, all products are custom-made to order based on your approved design and specifications.
For this reason, we do not offer refunds or cancellations once an order has been confirmed and/or production has begun.
Before production starts, clients are provided with artwork for approval. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure all details are correct at this stage, as the approved design will be used exactly for manufacturing.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence. We will gladly replace the affected items at no additional cost.
To qualify:

Item must be unused and in its original packaging

Report must be submitted within the 48-hour window
Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by the courier or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. We recommend double-checking your address before placing an order.
We reserve the right to decline any replacement request that does not meet these conditions.
