Terms & Conditions

All quotations provided by Medals & More are valid for 7 days unless stated otherwise. Pricing may change based on quantity, artwork revisions, material costs or production requirements.

A 70% deposit is required before artwork preparation and production can begin. Full payment must be received before goods are collected or dispatched unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Production only begins once final artwork has been approved by the client. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure all spelling, dates, colours and details are correct before approval.

Standard production lead times are approximately 10–15 working days from artwork approval and deposit payment. Lead times may vary depending on product type, quantity and factory workload.

Due to the custom nature of our products, refunds or cancellations cannot be accepted once production has started. Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.

All goods remain the property of Medals & More until full payment has been received.
