Refund & Returns Policy

As all products are custom made to order, refunds, returns or cancellations are not accepted once production has started or artwork has been approved.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs and videos of  order details.

Minor variations in colour, plating, enamel and finishing may occur during manufacturing and are considered standard within custom production.

Clients are responsible for checking and approving all artwork before production begins.
